The search for killers of Young Dolph continues. Three suspects in connection with the memorial shooting are to appear in court on Monday, November 22. Memphis Police, though, still needs much more evidence on the recent horrific killing near Makeda’s Cookies in broad daylight.
“Terrance Jones, 23, Jailon Nelvis, 19, and Tavis McQueen, 22, were all arrested and charged in connection with this shooting,” the Memphis PD Twitter account claims.
New details also start showing up. For instance, recent footage from the shooting scene shows an unknown man shooting at the fleeing car with alleged Dolph’s killers. Memphis PD set off circulation of the photo via social media.
It’s also one of the first evidence pieces to shed light on details of the incident, besides the footage of unidentified suspects and their car.
SAY CHEESE! posted the new shooter’s picture on Twitter. “New picture show man shooting back at Young Dolph’s killers,” the account claims.
The Killers of Young Dolph
Suspects were driving the white Mercedes Benz, stopped by Dolph’s car. They then opened fire from a handgun and Draco AK-47 and gunned Young Dolph down as he walked into the bakery. Once fleeing the scene, another shooter supposedly followed the killers and tried to attack back, allegedly with an AK. It’s unclear who the responder was or if he was able to reach the murderers.
Even though some people have already ended up in custody, the police still ask for more information regarding suspects. They also use social media.
“Please see the attached photos of the suspects and suspect vehicle from the 2370 Airways Boulevard murder,” Memphis PD asked, also on Twitter. “Anyone with any information is urged to call CrimeStoppers at 901-528-CASH.”
The 36-year-old rapper Young Dolph lost his life as he walked into the Makeda’s Butter Cookies store. Shop owner Maurice Hill said that as the rapper entered the store around 1 p.m., someone drove by and shot at the rapper.
