Kodak Black is distinguished from his peers by his distinctive appearance, attributed to his thick dreadlocks. However, it appears Kodak has opted for a change of style after parting ways with his locks.

As of Wednesday (Feb. 16), Yak has showcased his updated look on his Instagram account, which features a low-top fade hairstyle. The style instantly brought back memories of Kodak Black’s breakout year in 2016, when the rapper had a similar hairstyle. According to the rapper, his new hairstyle profoundly affects some of his female fans.

“This girl say that haircut gon’ get you pregnant by me. Like, she gon’ get me pregnant,” he said in the Instagram video.

Has Kodak’s Attention Been diverted from DreamDoll by the Attention Of Other Women?

It is unclear why Kodak Black opted for a revamped look. However, it could have something to do with his forthcoming album, Back For Everything, which will release on Feb. 25. Artists often opt for a brand-new look when it is time to transition into album mode.

Having women clamor for Black’s affection must feel good for him, mainly after DreamDoll ignored his advances over the past few weeks. The Bronx rapper delivered the final nail in the coffin when she posted a message to Instagram dispelling any speculation about a possible romance between her and Kodak.

“YALL NEED TO STOP GASSING THIS N-GGA THIS IS BTS FROM OUR VIDEO SHOOT,” she commented on one of his since-deleted Instagram posts. “YOU WILL NEVER BE MY MAN KODAK PLEASE STOP.”

Rejected By Other Women

In addition to DreamDoll, Black has also been rejected by other women. Zendaya ignored Kodak when he ordered 24 black balloons to be released in her honor on her birthday in September 2020. Hennessy Carolina, Cardi B’s younger sister, declined Black when he demanded her hand in marriage last November.
