Pusha T released “Diet Coke” in February. Jim Jones and Fabolous wasted no time recording a freestyle over a Kanye West and 88 Keys beat. After releasing a snippet of the freestyle on the internet, fans were excited. However, nothing more was revealed.
On Wednesday (Apr 20), Jim Jones and Fabolous finally provided their fans with what they had been waiting for when they released the music video for their “Diet Coke” freestyle entitled “Coke Zero.” Capo and Fab appear in the Shula The Don-directed video while rapping cocaine-laced rhymes in a tropical location.
“Yesterday’s price is not today’s yay’s price (Negative)/It’s forty-seven K just to get a K of white/Told ’em shorty don’t play, I had this .40 sprayin’ light/Got the switch on that sh*t, they had thought I sprayed the pipe/Sneakin’ that white girl in my room just so she can stay the night,” Jim raps.
Fab played closer with his bars, rapping,
“Ayo, yesterday’s price is not today’s price/And yesterday’s life is not today’s life/You know yesterday’s wife, but that’s not today’s wife.”

‘Diet Coke’ Rapper Expresses Support on Instagram
Pusha T showed his support for the freestyle on his Instagram Stories he uploaded back in February, along with rocket emojis. It was interesting to watch, especially when Jim threw shade at Pusha amid his beef with Drake in 2018.
“I still haven’t heard a Pusha T song in my lifetime,” he told Joe Budden during an interview. “As good as he does, nobody knows his music that I know. You couldn’t tell me a verse. But if I say give me a Drake song right now, you could. You ain’t gotta think about it.”
