Megan Thee Stallion Receives The Open Letter Of Support Condemning Violence Against Black Women

Megan Thee Stallion received a letter of support from women who stand for justice against domestic violence.

The femcee’s frequent partner, The Southern Black Girls & Women’s Consortium, collaborated with several influential women figures, also including Reps. Maxine Waters and Sheila Jackson Lee, #MeToo founder Tarana Burke and activist and Women’s March organizer Tamika Mallory to write a letter applauding her efforts to protect women internationally.

The Letter

“We salute you for the bravery it has taken to defend yourself in the court of public opinion, though you shouldn’t have had to do so at all. We raise our voices against those who have made light of this heinous example of violence against women and will drown them out with our demands for society to take what happens to Black women seriously. You are not alone. You are believed, loved, and supported.”

This kind gesture also follows Drake’s controversial line about Megan in his 21 Savage-assisted track, “Circo Loco.” The “Honestly, Nevermind” artist allegedly referenced an unfortunate incident between Megan Thee Stallion and Tory Lanez. Lanez reportedly got into a heated argument with Megan and then shot her in the foot.

Drake also raps, “this b**** lie about getting shots, but she still a stallion/ She don’t even get the joke, but she still smiling.”

After getting word of what Drake stated, Megan Thee Stallion then expressed her thoughts on the matter via Twitter.

“RAP N****** ARE LAME! Ready to boycott bout shoes. Bout clothes. But dog pile on a black woman when she says one of y’all homeboys abused her.”

She then continued, “people attack me, y’all go up for it, I defend myself now I’m doing too much.” She also added, “every time, it never ends, and this did NOT happen until I came out and said I got shot.”

Megan Thee Stallion Addresses Drake’s ‘Circo Loco’ Diss

Megan Thee Stallion was quick to address Drake’s diss towards her from his new song “Circo Loco”. The song, from Drizzy’s joint album with 21 Savage Her Loss, contains a lyric suggesting Meg lied about the events surrounding her shooting by Tory Lanez.

“This b**ch lie ’bout getting shots, but she still a stallion/She don’t even get the joke/But she still smiling,” the 6 God rapped. However, Drake doesn’t mention Megan by name. In another line, he seemingly doubles-down on his commentary. “Shorty say she graduated, she ain’t learn enough/ Play your album, track one, ‘kay I heard enough,” he said.

Megan Thee Stallion would address Drake’s shade on Twitter early Friday morning. “Stop using my shooting for clout b**ch a** ni**as! Since when tf is it cool to joke abt women getting shot!,” she commented on Twitter. “You ni**as especially RAP N**AS ARE LAME! Ready to boycott bout shoes and clothes but dogpile on a black woman when she say one of y’all homeboys abused her.”

Though Meg didn’t address Drake by name, her tweets appear to be a reaction to the “Circo Loco” verse. A spokesperson for Drake had no comments on Thee Stallion’s statements. On the other hand, Megan’s attorney issued a statement.

“Despite the irrefutable evidence that Megan was a victim of gun violence, the ignorant continue to support her attacker,” the statement read. The court case between Megan and Tory Lanez is ongoing, with the trial set to begin November 28.

The situation between Megan Thee Stallion and Tory Lanez

Megan went into detail about the July 2020 incident in which Tory Lanez is alleged to have shot at her. In a June interview, she discussed the physical and emotional injuries she suffered and the recovery process she went through. The incident didn’t stop Thee Hot Girl from graduating from Texas Southern University in 2021.

During her April interview with CBS Mornings’ Gayle King, Meg affirmed that Lanez yelled, “Dance, b**ch!” as he opened fire around her feet. Lanez was charged with one felony count of assault and another count of carrying a loaded firearm in a vehicle. He has pleaded not guilty.

Megan Thee Stallion Performs At SNL, Announces A Break

Fans of both Megan Thee Stallion and SNL got a treat yesterday when she got her glow on as the guest performer.

Life In The Public Eye Isn’t Easy.

Living one’s life full-out in the limelight is part and parcel of being a superstar. No matter how one moves, someone is always there to report on it. Megan, being the star she is, knows the price of celebrity. Whether it’s a good or bad day, the world somehow gains access.

Meg Has A Bad Day

Two days ago, Megan’s name was again plastered across global headlines. Her home was burglarized, leaving her with $300,000 fewer assets than she had Friday morning. However, despite being one of the less-than-ideal days, Thee Stallion showed tremendous maturation in the aftermath.

While this is an extreme incident that raises immense anxiety, no one’s life is without moments of intensity. But, unfortunately, stress becomes a regular part of existence with the yin-and-yang of being in the industry. And Megan knows more than a thing or two about that.

Living By Example

On October 15, 2022, Megan Thee Stallion headlined SNL. While on the show, she expounded on her hectic schedule and achievements. But more importantly, she re-addressed the topic of anxiety through words and song. As it is written in her “Anxiety” lyrical flow,

“Badb*****s have bad days, too. Friday, Saturday, Sunday, bounce back how a bad b**** always do.”

Who’s that “bad b****?” Meg, of course. As she noted during her opening, she being “that b****,” has had her share of losses and wins. But she doesn’t let that stop her.

Meg is a living demonstration that nothing is abnormal about acknowledging bad days and periods of anxiety or seeking healing, rest, and help when needed. Thus, the existence of badbitcheshavebaddaystoo.com, a mental health resource founded by the artist.

Megan Thee Stallion On SNL

Megan’s appearance and performance on SNL were genuinely inspiring. However, her penchant for being a living, breathing example is even more inspiring. Following her appearance on SNL, Meg was in no way ashamed about announcing her need for a break. As she exclaimed to her followers on Twitter, she needs relaxation. And she aims to do what she needs to do and get what she deserves, rest.

For those who missed Megan’s performance check out the replay below.

In a world where anxiety and accompanying mental health disorders are rampant, it’s good to see transparency. It’s good to see leadership through example. So, with that said, may the “Hot Girl Coach” get all the rest she deserves and come back hotter and stronger than ever.

DJ Akademiks Claims Ebro Is Blackballing DaBaby

DaBaby has been canceled online for about a year now for some poor homophobic comments made at one of the Rolling Loud Festivals last summer. Some have forgiven the North Carolina rapper, but many in the industry are still distancing themselves from Dababy. DJ Akademiks recently appeared on The Breakfast Club & claims that Ebro, Hot97’s icon, is still blackballing Dababy & his music.

The broader reason why Akademiks is calling the radio personality out is that he believes Ebro is “using Apple Music as a weapon for ur personal issues.” He even compared Dababy’s last album sales with his new album’s significantly lower projections. For additional comparison, independent rapper LUCKI is projected to outsell the Charlotte megastar with his new album Flawless Like Me. Take a look at the full tweet of Akademiks follow-up response to Ebro’s actions:

Dababy’s New Album Stirs Up More Controversy

Speaking of Dababy’s new album, the rapper dropped Baby On Baby 2 this past Friday (September 23rd). This is a sequel to his fan-favorite project Baby On Baby which jumpstarted his career & contains several huge hits from that year. The new release isn’t getting the same love though, as the sales projections would suggest. He also revealed his past sex history with Megan Thee Stallion despite their current beef with each other. While Dababy raps that he waiting to share this information on this album, many feel as the rapper attempted a clout chase. On a positive note, the song “Boogeyman” itself is still pretty good outside of that line:

What Is The Fate Of The Charolette Star?

Some still are in love with Dababy & his music while others have moved on from his antics & shenanigans. Although he’s arguably releasing the same quality of material at times, he’s also struggling to reach the same streams & success he attained over the years. Whether you agree with/support him or not, do you think Dababy’s career will be fine longterm?

Megan Thee Stallion Launches Mental Health Website

Megan Thee Stallion has been in the news for multiple reasons recently. However, promoting her new mental health website garners the artist’s utmost attention and respect.

Megan Introduces A Helpline For The Hotties

On September 25th, Megan Thee Stallion used her platform to promote her newest project, a multi-tiered website, to address mental health. The resource shares a title with a single made famous by the artist “Bad B****** Have Bad Days Too.” According to the LA Times, the site is also resource-rich.

“It highlights numerous resources, ranging from therapy platforms to hotlines.”

Everybody Needs Somebody

It is no secret that Megan Thee Stallion supports mental health. In the fall of last year, the artist went public with her journey to pursuing self-care in mental health. As covered in the October issue of People, Megan’s pursuit of mental health assistance was triggered by personal tragedy. The artist said her feelings at the time were,

“I’ve lost my parents. Oh my gosh, who do I talk to, and what do I do?”

After convincing herself, it was okay to seek some help, she took the appropriate steps. Thus began her journey toward the wholeness she not only needed but deserved.

Megan Pays it Forward

Unfortunately, the community has long had a stigma surrounding mental health. According to the National Alliance on Mental Health,

“Despite the needs, only one in three Black adults with mental illness receive treatment.”

But the scales continue to tip toward change thanks to more outstanding education and open conversations about mental health’s imperative nature. And Megan Thee Stallion has joined those becoming instrumental agents of that change. As the artist also wrote on Twitter,

“Hotties! You know how much mental wellness means to me, so I created a hub with resources to help when you might need a hand.”

And that’s undoubtedly something to be celebrated.

DaBaby Says He Slept With Megan Thee Stallion In Latest Track ‘Boogeyman’

North Carolina rapper DaBaby reportedly said he slept with Texas rapper Megan Thee Stallion in his new track “Boogeyman.”

According to Newsweek, DaBaby made the bold claims in a line of the new song, which dropped on Sept. 23–the same day as his new album Baby on Baby 2. In the beginning of “Boogeyman,” the rapper said he slept with Megan several times, days before Canadian singer Tory Lanez allegedly shot her.

“The day before she said that Tory Lanez shot her, I was f***in on Megan Thee Stallion,” he rapped immediately after calling her childish.

The Houston hottie accused Tory of shooting her in the foot back in 2020. She also accused him of telling her to “dance b***h” while doing so. Later that year, authorities charged Tory and he pleaded not guilty. His criminal trial was initially supposed to take place in September 2022, but officials scheduled it for later in the year.

DaBaby continued, warning that his opposition would have to “handle me” if they started “poking the bear.”

The 30-year-old previously worked with him on her 2019 hit “Cash S**t” and her 2020 hit “Cry Baby.” DaBaby also featured Megan as a guest artist on his 2020 song “Nasty.” However, their camaraderie seems to have died down completely since then.

Baby on Baby 2 arrived just weeks after his recent New Orleans concert was reportedly canceled due to low ticket sales. He was going to perform at Smoothie King Center in September, alongside guests NoCap and Showtek. However, Ticketmaster revealed that fans only bought a small number of seats. The Smoothie King center reportedly has a capacity of 14,000 people.

Megan has not publicly responded to DaBaby’s claims. On a lighter note, she will be performing and hosting a Saturday Night Live episode in October.

Lil Kim’s Remix For Meg Thee Stallion’s “Plan B” Removed From Streaming Platforms

Just when Lil Kim and Megan Thee Stallion fans got a taste of the “Plan B (Remix),” the thrill died. Within hours of the track being released, it was removed from all streaming platforms.

The blessed cultural collab

With every photo tease, Lil Kim has had everyone on lock, wondering what the Queen was up to. The New York legend revealed her remix to Hot Girl Meg’s “Plan B” Last month, Kim shared a photo on her Instagram page showing just enough to get everyone pondering, much like her captioned emoji. In the image, two hands are wrapped around each other, each holding a glass of champagne. When the bubbly comes out, you can bet it’s a celebration.

A post shared by Lil’ Kim (@lilkimthequeenbee)

It was a celebration indeed. On Sep 7, the legend fully revealed the mystery photo with herself and non-other than Megan Thee Stallion. The two were on a private jet toasting it up. Kim was draped in Dolce & Gabbana while Megan fashioned a red and sand-colored dress.

Lil Kim x Megan- A budding friendship

The female rap game is competitive as not many female rappers have survived the cutthroat industry. However, Lil Kim has solidified her spot amongst legends in the game. How did this collaboration come to fruition?

There is no secret that Megan is Lil Kim’s fan. She has openly expressed her gratitude for female rappers who put in the work so that new MCs may emulate their success. From Lil Kim to Salt-N-Peppa, the Houston hottie paid homage to them all.

Much like Megan, Kim pays respect to the new generation of lady lyricists who are changing the game. In a heartfelt message to Meagan on the gram, Lil Kim says,

“@theestallion, I have watched how hard you worked since you stepped on the scene consistent with your work and your love,. You are an amazing talent. Always keep your head to the sky and know you have made your Mommy proud! You deserve it all! May God continue to bless you.”

A Dream Fulfilled; Short-lived

Just as quickly as the train left the station, it returned. Unfortunately, the track brought about unintentional drama. 50 Cent publicly alleged that Lil Kim dissed Nicki Minaj and her son, Papa Bear, on the “Plan B(Remix).” In shady nature, 50 shared a photo collage of Kim next to an owl, eluding to similarities between the two.

“@NickiMinaj you better light her a$$ up i’m watching. she said something about the baby. Her baby eye f****d up. LOL.”

The line in question is certainly open for interpretation. However, Kim disagreed with his claims.

“I don’t know who needs to hear this, but N*ga you’s such a b**ch, Your father’s a b**ch, Your brother’s a b**ch, Keep acting like this and your son gon be a b***ch, They think they use us but they useless…he wanna eat the cookie like I’m Lucius,” Lil Kim rapped.

Initially, she simply replied,

“Now watch what God do to his Life!”

It didn’t take long for her to address the issue completely in her Instagram stories.

“I never said a word about anyone’s child… please feel free to listen to the song where we were clearly talking about an EX.”

She continued, “to try and twist my words to have an excuse to take digs at my child is disgusting. I’m one of the most disrespected legends in the game, but what you will not do is come for MY CHILD.”

While 50 will be 50, let’s hope the song’s removal is not in correlation to this series of unfortunate events.

Meeting The Real Megan: Traumazine Review

“Traumazine” is the second full-length album and newest addition from now global superstar Megan Thee Stallion.

View this post on Instagram

A post shared by Megan Thee Stallion (@theestallion)

The Houston artist has been through hell and back with her label, haters, and the courts. “Traumazine” marks a more mature development in Meg’s career. It combines the cheeky bombast the 27-year-old is known for with some real venom for the naysayers since soaring to star status in 2019 with the “Savage” Remix feat. Beyonce.

Megan Thee Stallion has had a fascinating career path. While her list of accomplishments has continued growing longer and longer, so have her controversies and setbacks.

Drawing Up The “Traumazine” Era

Only two months after grabbing her first Billboard #1 hit, Megan was reportedly shot in the foot while riding around LA with Tory Lanez and Kelsey Nicole. In addition to the physical repercussions, Megan has been the target of vitriol amongst professionals and online trolls alike.

Meg and her accused gunman Tory Lanez have come to blows several times on Twitter and through their music. And with the trial postponed by Tory’s lawyers for a third time this past July, Megan is still in the thick of it.

That’s not even getting into the extensive label drama with 1501 Certified Entertainment and Carl Crawford. In February, Megan sued 1501 after being told her project “Something For The Hotties” didn’t count as an album and wouldn’t go towards her contractual obligations. In response, Carl Crawford counter-sued the southern MC stating Meg still had music and money she owed. Specifically, Carl is seeking earnings from “collaborations, sponsorships, endorsements and side engagements.”

The tension between the young hitmaker and Crawford has been brewing for quite some time. Before this current legal battle, Megan sued 1501 in 2020 twice for blocking her music from being released. According to Megan, the troubles all began when she attempted to renegotiate her contract. Since then, it’s been nonstop social media fights and courtroom visits for her and Carl Crawford.

To say that Megan has plenty to rap about this era is a massive understatement. So far, Meg has primarily found success in TikTok dance anthems and club bops, but an aptly titled “Traumazine” offers a rapper unaffiliated with label execs and PR teams. It’s Megan at her most unfiltered, and it’s exciting.

Swinging Out The Gate

The album starts with “NDA” and “Ungrateful,” two tracks showing Megan’s dominance in the realm of female rap. With “NDA,” Thee Stallion makes it clear she’s not interested in clearing up grudges. The first verse mainly speaks to the recent real-life tribulations Megan has endured recently.

“And the next one of y’all hoes wanna get bold, I’m gon’ check that/And the next one of y’all blogs wanna spread lies, I’m gon’ sue you (Yeah)/And the next bitch that break my NDA, they goin’ for you too.”

“Ungrateful” is the album’s first feature with a verse from Key Glock. It’s a similar track to the opener, just three straight minutes of contempt towards all her doubters. One consistent factor in “Traumazine” is an aggressive flow from Megan. The album starts on 100 and doesn’t let up off the pedal. In comparison, the featured artist here seems more relaxed and laid back with their bars. This is very much apparent with Key Glock, whose verse almost feels like a screeching halt on “Ungrateful.”

This is swiftly improved upon with “Budget” featuring Latto. The two southern belles play off each other and easily compliment each other’s style over-top a fun bouncy beat. It’s a nice detour into a more pop, dance-centric direction after a pointed start to “Traumazine.”

“Her” is another clear contender for this albums club hit and the obvious single. The beat is straightforward but speaks to the current popularity of 90s-inspired house music with its steady pulsating tempo. It’s worth noting this is the song selected for Megan’s “Good Morning America” performance to kick off the album promo. So we’ll likely be hearing it plenty more soon.

Something From Meg To The Hotties

“Gift And a Curse” and “Ms Nasty” gets Megan deep into her flirty side. Particularly “Ms Nasty” taps into the song that initially made her the one to watch, “Freak Nasty.” Just like that 2019 hit, Meg isn’t scared to tap into her femininity and get candid about her sexuality. In a climate where sexual bars from female rappers are often under scrutiny, Megan is determined not to compromise her style for the wishes of others. If you’re a fan of Tina Snow at her hungriest and most aggressive, “Traumazine” certainly won’t disappoint. However, if fun and sexy Meg is what made you a fan, she doesn’t neglect that either.

“Red Wine” is Megan at her most explicit. It harkens back to deep cut and fan favorite “Cognac Queen.” Not just with its x-rated lyrics, but the use of a romantic slow jam to accompany Megan’s forceful rapping.

“Traumazine” is packed with a wide variety of guest artists. “Scary” shows off a feature of Megan’s that often goes unnoticed. Her ability to match feature artists’ energy is almost chameleon-like. That’s especially true with “Scary,” featuring Rico Nasty. Rap fans familiar with the DMV rapper know Rico usually employs unusual “creepy” beats with screams blended throughout to match her alt/punk style. That’s precisely the case here, and seamlessly Megan jumps into it without any awkward hesitation.

This quality rears its head again with “Star.” This track incorporates some singing into Megan’s style to match Lucky Daye’s classic RnB sophistication. Of course, Daye dominates vocally, and Meg doesn’t try to overplay her hand. This leads to a nice blend between an unexpected duo. “Consistency” is the other vocal duet on “Traumazine,” and Meg sticks strictly to her rapper role this time. They’re both excellent efforts, but “Star” sticks out slightly more.

Megan Speaks Her Truth

“Not Nice” is easily the most cutting and angry song on “Traumazine.” On this track, Megan shows her vulnerable side. Behind all the glamour, confidence and bravado is a young woman still coping with immense stress and bullying. The lyrical content in “Not Nice” goes deeper than Meg’s usual brags and disses. No names are dropped, but it still comes off scathing.

“Bitch, I kept your bills paid, you were sick? I paid for surgery (Hm)/But I pray you boo-hoo, do me wrong, where they deserve to be/I guess my skin not light enough, my dialect not white enough (Damn)/Or maybe I’m just not shaped the way to make these niggas givе a fuck”

This is followed up later in the album with an even more emotionally exposing “Anxiety.” Here, Megan not only touches on her mental health struggles but gives us a look into her psyche.

Getting To The Root

Loneliness is a massive theme in “Traumazine.” Meg feels incredibly alone for a celeb so often surrounded by crowds, whether it be parties, concerts, or festivals. She shows self-isolation throughout the album, but specifically on “Anxiety.” Her mother’s untimely passing occurred early in her career, and Meg’s father died before she was thrust into the spotlight. It’s easy to forget all Megan has been through before the brand deals and accolades. She landed an XXL Freshman spot in 2019 and her first Grammy in 2021. With how fast Megan gathered all the success, it appears from the outside looking in she has a silver spoon handed from the industry. But in “Anxiety,” Meg strips down this perception to reveal the real her.

For Megan, this is a marker in her career and a frontrunner for the best song on the album. Aside from excellent flow and delivery, perhaps the most diverse on “Traumazine,” the hook is catchy and captivating all at once. It’s an achievement for an artist many have put into a tight box.

“If I could write a letter to Heaven/I would tell my mama that I shoulda been listenin’/And I would tell her sorry that I really been wildin’/And ask her to forgive me, ’cause I really been tryin’.”

“Flip Flop” is a song that uses a slow RnB melody as a backdrop. But unlike “Red Wine” and “Cognac Queen,” this track reads as absolutely tragic. Nearly every bar details Megan’s desolation as a person and artist.

“Behind this smile, I’m fighting these tears.

‘Cause a bitch be sad as fuck (yeah)/Ever since my mama died, 2019

I don’t really know who I can trust/I was looking for anything, anybody Looking for something to feel like something/I was hanging with bitches I thought really loved me

Whole time they was jealous and judging.”

At this point in “Traumazine,” to say that Meg is a one-trick pony is simply not true. The versatility in subject matter and flow make this project her most well-developed. Not since 2018’s “Tina Snow” has she been this on point.

Sorting Out Meg’s Singles

“Traumazine” rounds out with this era’s lead singles: “Pressurelicious,” “Plan B,” and “Sweetest Pie.” It’s a much lighter-hearted ending to an album full of digs and jabs.

“Pressurelicious” with Future is a standard offering from Meg, if not slightly generic. It’s the most extended feature verse on “Traumazine,” and Meg puts her prolific rap feature to good use. It’s nothing incredibly unique from Meg at this stage of her career, but it’s obvious why it was chosen as a single. What it lacks in ingenuity, it makes up for in sheer catchiness. This is a similar case for “Sweetest Pie.” Just like “Pressurelicious,” it employs a colossal name to play partner to Meg. While this wasn’t a vast Billboard smash for either artist upon its initial release, it may become a cult classic over time. “Sweetest Pie” has one of the most addictive hooks on the album, and you’ll be humming along before you realize it.

The true standout from the crop of lead singles from Traumazine is “Plan B.” You may remember this song going viral even before its release when Meg performed at Coachella this year. Before the music video teaser was revealed, “Plan B” was already considered a hit with fans on social media. This clout was quickly followed up with the music video sitting at 11 million views. It’s obvious why this 90’s inspired track saw success so soon. The Lil Kim-eque beat lends itself to Megan’s signature flow flawlessly.

In Conclusion

So what’s the takeaway from “Traumazine?” Well, it’s a fitting title, that’s for sure. In an interview with “Good Morning America,” Meg delved into the meaning of her album title. “I was really confronting my real feelings,” she explained. “I really want y’all to get to know me so I had to make up a word for what we’re doing now,” the term was further defined by Meg in an Instagram post earlier this month. “The chemical released in the brain when it is forced to deal with painful emotions caused by traumatic events and experiences,” the graphic read.

A post shared by Megan Thee Stallion (@theestallion)

Painful emotions are the underlying thesis of “Traumazine.” Without ever coming off whiny or sniveling, this young rapper has accurately given her fans a window into the negative emotions piling up since her 2020 shooting. It’s not a plea for help but a defiant statement that she’s here to stay. Lawsuits and alleged ex-lovers are damned.

Megan Thee Stallion Facing Record Label Issues Ahead Of ‘Traumazine’ Release

Megan Thee Stallion is going at it with her label again due to issues with song leaks & rollout plans. Her new album Traumazine is set to release at midnight (August 12) & should be her last release on 1501 Certified Entertainment. This isn’t the first time Megan expressed discontent with her label, as frictions have lingered for most of her career since fame. Yesterday, August 10th, Meg went on Twitter to reassure fans & clear up some things about her project/situation. Take a look at her initial tweet below:

About Megan’s New Album Traumazine

As mentioned above, Megan is still dropping her new album Traumazine tonight under 1501 Certified Entertainment. This album should be the last on her current contract with the label according to the Texas superstar. Her previous album, Good News, sold over 100,000 units in its first week of release 2 years ago. Traumazine features an 18-song tracklist that includes previously released singles like “Plan B”, “Pressurelicious” & “Sweetest Pie”.

Her new album contains a load of talented guest appearances ranging from her peers & Hip-Hop veterans. Dua Lipa, Jhené Aiko, Rico Nasty, Latto, Key Glock, Pooh Shiesty, Future & more. Which song are you the most excited to stream upon the album’s release later on tonight?

Where Will Meg’s Career Go Next From Here?

Things should hopefully die down between Megan & her label now that this is her last album on her contract. The hot girls are ready for their favorite female artist to finally be out of her troubling label contract. With that being said, there’s a good chance Megan could stay independent & take more control of her career. Alternatively, labels are probably lined up waiting to offer her millions of dollars whenever she departs from 1501 Certified Entertainment. If you were in her position, how would you navigate these choices?
