Isaiah Rashad announced the release date for his upcoming album, The House is Burning
Isaiah Rashad announced the release date of his long-anticipated album, The House is Burning, on Instagram today. In the post, he included a photo of the album’s cover art, which featured an animation of a crudely drawn house engulfed in flames. The album is set to release on July 30, and fans are excited to finally receive new music. His last album came out nearly 5 years ago, in 2016. Since then, Rashad has spent time working on himself and going through rehabilitation for his drinking issues.
With an official release date and cover art, fans are optimistic that Rashad will live up to his announcement and drop his new album on the date promised. His last release, “Headshots (4r Da Locals),” came out in mid-June. Hopefully, the song will make an appearance on his upcoming album. The song contained visuals that reflected his experience going through rehab. The album may be a continued reflection of his self-growth. This album will hopefully show how he has grown in the years since he last put out a project, and we know his hard work will pay off!
