Nicki Minaj is ready to unleash “Red Ruby Da Sleeze” and on her road to doing so she wanted to address some things. Nicki has been fighting allegations of her using ghostwriters for a while now.

Safaree The Ex And The Co-Writer?

Her ex-boyfriend Safaree, of more than a decade, also claimed he co-wrote many of our favorite songs by Nicki The Ninja.

“Red Ruby Da Sleeze” Is Activated On March 3

The South Jamaica, Queens native’s new single “Red Ruby Da Sleeze” will be released on Friday March 3, 2023. She took to Instagram to let her barbs know that she’s back with some new heat.

It is definitely giving Chun Li with a twist. However, she did let one of her barbs know in the comment section that this is not Chun.

The video post shows some clips Minaj filmed while in Trinidad for Carnival, where we first heard of this new version of Nick.

The song seems to sample Lumidee’s 2003 hit “Never Leave You (Uh-Oh).”

Queen Radio Is Back March 3 Too

In addition, the Insta post teased Queen Radio — which will be back the same day the single is released — at 3pm PST.

According to the press release, the Queens emcee is allegedly talking about new songs and projects.

2022 Nicki Vs. 2023 Nicki

Last year was truly Nicki‘s comeback. She released singles such as “Blick Blick” with Coi Leray, “Do We Have A Problem?” with Lil Baby, and her first chart-topping hit “Super Freaky Girl.”

I can only imagine what Mrs. Minaj is going to give the girls and the barbs in 2023.
