The female rap beef seems to have leaked into Nicki Minaj and Cardi B’ marriages as their husbands have stepped into the chat. Kenneth Petty, Nicki Minaj’s husband, has violated the terms of his three-year probation. The violation results in house arrest for the convicted sex offender. Videos circled around social media of Petty “making threatening remarks toward a specific individual while in the company of someone with a criminal record,” according to his parole violation paperwork. The threats were believed to be directed towards Migos member Offset.
What Are The Terms Of Petty’s Probation Violation?
A federal judge in Los Angeles has ordered Kenneth Petty, also known as Zoo, to serve up to 120 days on house arrest. The court hopes Petty will “reflect upon and reevaluate his current status in the community.” Plus, Minaj’s husband of four years has to pay a $55,000 fine. This rap icon’s husband is under house arrest again. He was previously put on home arrest in July 2022 after he failed to register as a Sex Offender in California. According to the U.S. Attorney’s Office, the judge sentenced Petty to three years probation and a year in-home detention.

The footage went viral on September 16 outside of a hotel in New York, where Offset was allegedly staying. “It’s all fun and games until we want to play too,” said Zoo in the clip with a group of guys. The Migos’ rapper’s response was him filming himself saying, “I’m getting off a jet. He’s funny.”
How Did The Beef Start Between Nicki and Cardi’s Husband?
The rumors allegedly point to the start of Petty and Offset’s beef coming from a DM. The Atlanta rapper apparently sent a message to the “Megatron” rapper’s crew after her MTV VMAs performance. We haven’t seen the direct message yet to back up what really started the problem.
