The reporter continued to say, “I’m sorry, but I have to ask. How do you feel about performing at the Super Bowl Halftime Show?” Rihanna responded with, “I’m nervous, but I’m excited.” The paps continued to question the Fenty Beauty creator as to who she will be bringing out on the stage. Rihanna has fans excited for her LVII Super Bowl Halftime Performance!
The NFL, Apple Music, and Roc Nation broke the news of the artist headlining Super Bowl status just last month. A statement shared by Roc Nation founder and frequent collaborator Jay-Z suggested Rihanna acts as a “generational talent” who is “self-made in business and entertainment.”
Past Super Bowl Halftime performances have seen stars such as Dr. Dre, Snoop, Dogg, Eminem, Mary J. Blige, and Kendrick Lamar in 2022, The Weeknd in 2021, Shakira and Jennifer Lopez in 2020, and the list goes on. Meanwhile, Dr. Dre spoke with Ebro Darden on Apple Music 1 just last month, where he shared some advice for the singer. He says, “Put the right people around you, and have fun! That’s basically what it is, making sure you have the right creative people around you.” Dre then adds, “I’m a super fan of Rihanna. I can’t wait to see what she’s going to do.”
