YesJulz And Ye Share Lawsuits

On March 12, a post appeared on Ye’s Instagram. “We have decided to no longer have YesJulz involved in the role out of Vultures,” the artist’s IG story read. “All the activity on her page and with our fans in the past few days has been unauthorized.”

The same day, YesJulz received an email from Milo Yiannopoulos suggesting she no longer works for Kanye’s company, Yeezy, and owes $7.7 million due to “NDA violations.”

Since then, YesJulz, whose official name is Julieanna Goddard, has announced her own lawsuit and multiple accusations towards Ye’s team and Milo Yiannopoulos in particular.

Multiple YesJulz’s claims suggest many things. Ye is allegedly not the only one “with access” to his social media accounts. Kanye’s lawyer is “at the will of Milo.” According to YesJulz, someone also forged her signature on the aforementioned NDA.

YesJulz Departure From Ye’s Team

The announcement mentioned above on Ye’s Instagram provided little commentary. The email YesJulz later received from Milo mentioned NDA violations, but it’s still unclear what happened exactly.

In response, Julz went online to announce that Ye had never told her he was suing and that his signature was not on the lawsuit. “The letter of intent to arbitrate was very clearly written by Milo. Signed by Ye’s lawyer, who is also at the will of Milo,” YesJulz has explained on X. “If the suit moves forward and Ye allows it to, sure i may feel different. & i’ll do what needs to be done to defend myself. I have no fear because i’ve done no wrong.”

After someone pointed out that Ye posted the departure announcement of YesJulz on his own Instagram, the talent manager claimed that Kanye was not the only one “with access” to his own social media.

Julz Fires Back

However, days after YesJulz’s departure, Ye has not responded regarding her firing or the $7.7 million lawsuit.

This has seemingly led the manager to conclude that Milo is not the only person on the Yeezy team trying to harden her life. So she has fired back with her own lawsuit against the team.

“I gave everyone over a week to do the right thing and fire this pedo, pay me for my completed work and drop the nonsense intent to arbitrate,” Julz has stated on X. “I had to assume this was fake, but nope- its very real. So my response to it will be very real also.” 

YesJulz has also underlined that her main problem is Milo, “But i cant ignore that the rest of the team, including the founder of company, has been complicit. I have no choice but to fight back.”

The talent manager has a lot of accusations to make against the company. These include wrongful termination but also signature forging. “I was..sent a signed NDA two days after my “fuck an nda” comment with a signature that is VERY CLEARLY not mine,” Julz has stated on X. “Someone will be in jail as forging a signature is a federal crime punishable by up to 10 years in prison in the state of California.”

Ye’s team has yet not commented on the forging allegations.

We have all seen times when Kim Kardashian cries. Most of the time, we get a great meme from it. 

However, in a recent trailer of the iconic reality show “The Kardashians,” the world caught a glimpse of the shattered reality of Kim Kardashian’s life as she sobbed in the arms of her sister, Khloe Kardashian. The union between Kim and Kanye West had crumbled under the weight of Kanye’s erratic behavior, leaving Kim desperate to find the man she had married in 2014.

As the season has unfolded, it has become clear that the timing of events align with Kanye’s online outbursts. That caused shockwaves across social media platforms. In one tweet, he claimed to be going “death con 3 on JEWISH PEOPLE.” This happened to be the same period when their divorce, filed in February 2021, was finalized. Kim’s tears were possibly a culmination of the unbearable weight of the entire situation.

Kim Kardashian Cries Over The Unraveling Of Ye

To make matters worse, Kanye’s descent into controversy continued. He denied parts of the Holocaust during an interview on Alex Jones’ “Infowars” and professed admiration for Hitler. The gravity of his statements was magnified by the alarming number of individuals who supported him, including a group of people on an L.A. freeway who shamefully performed Nazi salutes. As brands swiftly severed ties with Kanye, with Adidas suffering losses in the millions, he was even presented with the shameful title of “Antisemite of the Year” by the watchdog group StopAntisemitism.

The pain and frustration Kim faced during this devastating downfall were noticeable. The Kanye she once knew, the one she had shared her life with, had become a stranger consumed by controversial ideologies and inflammatory rhetoric. It was an excruciating blow to witness Kim’s family disintegrate, leaving her yearning for the old version of Kanye.

The unraveling of Kanye West’s persona and subsequent actions had irreparably torn apart a family. Kim’s tears were not only a result of personal anguish but also a reflection of the disheartening state of society. The fact that a minority supported Kanye’s reprehensible comments highlighted the dangerous undercurrents that still exist.

In this tale of tears and controversy, Kim Kardashian has demonstrated the ability to rise above adversity. As she navigated the storm, Kim demonstrated the power of self-preservation and the pursuit of a healthier future. While the pain may linger, Kim’s unwavering resolve serves as a reminder. Even in the darkest moments, the human spirit can triumph.

In the end, Kim Kardashian’s tears are emblematic of the major impact that mental health struggles can have on individuals. As well as on their relationships. It is a reminder that even those in the public eye, surrounded by fame and fortune, are not immune to the consequences of personal turmoil.

Donda Academy Under Fire: Educator Sues and Sends Warning to Parents

A former teacher of Donda Academy is issuing a stern warning to parents that students enrolled might suffer academically in the long-term. And that is a significant issue.

Kanye West Opens Up About Donda Academy

In September 2022, Kanye West went live, giving the public a glimpse into his venture into education with Donda Academy.

At the time, it was reported that the school had been in operation for three years. And according to The Cut, the student body comprised 83 students. And Ye made some bold claims about the academy’s staff, curriculum, and success. As The Cut quotes, Kanye told the press at the time,

“The school was currently in its third year, with 82 enrolled students, and claimed teachers employed at the school could actually turn your kids into, like, geniuses, with focused tutoring”

While not much was done to confirm the claim time would tell a different story. 

Brewing Trouble

Earlier this month, former instructors at Donda Academy lodged a lawsuit. The former instructors filed based on wrongful termination. In the filing, there were several violations that the two instructors noted. According to Page Six, “Cecilia Hailey and Chekarey Byers claimed in legal documents obtained that they [instructors] were discriminated against because of their race. They had wages illegally withheld and were terminated in March 2023 in retaliation for reporting code violations.” 

Shocking News

Some violations were unbelievable, jaw-dropping findings. Some of those violations included both educational and health violations. Page Six additionally noted,

“The documents also claim that students were fed only one meal per day, which was sushi, and prohibited from bringing in outside food or anything other than water to drink.”

And that was only some of the reported issues. 

Instructor Has News for Donda Academy Parents/Students

Now Cecilia Halley is not only calling Ye to court but is appealing to the parents of students enrolled. Halley went on record with TMZ to tell parents that there children were behind academically. And their education future at any other institution could be in jeopardy. As TMZ notes,

“She says the kids aren’t getting graded at the unaccredited school, so transferring could be problematic.”

Which is indeed serious. 

Donda Academy and Accreditation

This should not shock many, as it has been reported that Donda Academy is unaccredited. What is accreditation? According to the International Accreditation Service,

“Accreditation is a formal, independent verification that a program or institution meets established quality standards and is competent to carry out specific conformity assessment tasks.” And this goes a long way toward the progress of students that attend specific educational institutions and their work and achievements being broadly recognized. Thus, if an institution is unaccredited, whatever is earned from the non-accredited organization holds no weight at other accredited bodies. 

Nothing Hidden

Afro Tech reported in the fall of 2022 that Donda Academy was indeed unaccredited, and the parents/students were required to sign a NDA (non-disclosure agreement) before attending. As Afro Tech notes, “Since the school is not accredited, graduating seniors risk not having their credits or diplomas recognized by colleges. In addition, all parents are reportedly required to sign non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) for their children to attend.”

What to Make of Halley’s Accreditation Argument

Fundamentally, Halley is preaching to the choir. The fact that Kanye owns the academy may simply be the lure for many who have signed their children up to attend. Additionally, one must consider it’s not accreditation that drew these parents. Then maybe the parents are unaware of what is going on and what this all means in the long run. 

What Does All This Mean for Donda Academy

Whatever the case, the issues that arise spell trouble for West and Donda Academy. As with all things, one must do their due diligence to flesh out what is happening here. It’s worth doing the research before making judgments. But it is indeed something to keep tabs on. For, as it is said, the light will find you out, meaning all things are uncovered at some point.

Ye Is At The Center of a Battery Investigation For Throwing A Woman’s Phone

Ye, formerly Kanye West, has been in the media non-stop lately. He has managed to stay relevant, whether it’s exposing the celebrity’s inner courts or his recent “secret” marriage. While many may have argued that his fall from grace would lead to him going into hiding, the opposite has happened.

Ye Is Fed Up

Some recent encounters the superstar has had yielded great conversations and advice to the fan or reporter recording. However, a young lady just experienced the wrath of a fed-up Ye. According to TMZ, a young woman recorded West while driving and ended up getting her phone thrown by the “Donda” rapper.

An aggravated Ye engages in a brief back and forth as he expresses discomfort with the cameras. The artist says, “If I wanna go see my son at a game, ya’ll ain’t gonna run up on me like that.” The woman states that she wasn’t running and implies his celebrity status is why he can be filmed. Ye then snatches her phone and tosses it. The entire account was captured by a passenger in the same vehicle.

Ventura County Sheriff’s deputies were called to the scene after the incident. Ye is now named a suspect in the now battery investigation.

Make Celebrities Human…Again?

It is arguable that recording comes with the celebrity’s territory. Fans come to Ye’s defense as he was seen more politely and logically, unlike in the rapper’s past encounters. West’s famous irrational behavior has been traded for a more somber tone. It is quite apparent that the issue wasn’t him being recorded but that he was with his children engaging in family activities. 

Nonetheless, this may be a cut-and-dry case of rules are rules. With the recording being used as evidence, speculation arises that Ye can be charged with battery.

Are Balenciaga and Adidas No Longer Working Together?

Adidas Cuts Ties With Balenciaga?

Balenciaga’s collaborator Adidas, one of the biggest sportswear companies, has also decided to pause all product launches between the two apparel brands indefinitely. The news comes from Sneaker Freaker, who received a statement saying, “We have taken the time to re-evaluate our partnership with Balenciaga, and we have decided to pause all product launches until further notice.”

Adidas also allegedly informed a customer about the pause after inquiring about the Balenciaga x Adidas Stan Smith collaboration.

Adidas Protecting Their Reputation

First, Adidas dropped Ye’s brand Yeezy because of the artist’s anti-Semitic comments, and now Balenciaga is facing similar consequences from the sportswear company. 

Adidas issued a statement saying that “after a thorough review, the company has taken the decision to terminate the partnership with Ye immediately, end production of Yeezy branded products, and stop all payments to Ye and his companies. Adidas will stop the Adidas Yeezy business with immediate effect.” 

The sportswear brand does not play around when it comes to its reputation.

Any future Ahead For The Two brands?

We are still determining what the future holds for Balenciaga and Adidas.

However, Adidas’s brand image might not look nice if they continue to have a relationship with the Spain-based brand, especially after it terminated its relationship with Kanye, which has been getting mixed commentary on social media.

Pusha T No Longer With G.O.O.D. Music

Pusha T has been the President of Ye’s G.O.O.D. Music Label since 2015.  As of today however, he is no longer the President, as he has resigned. Pusha has a new venture that he is embarking on.  He has plans to promote his own label, Heir Wave Music Group.  The Virginia rapper will continue his solo career under Def Jam Recordings and be head of Heir Wave Music Group under Def Jam’s imprint.  Word is, he is already working on a new album and a mixtape.

Pusha T Can’t Support Ye

Pusha T admits in an interview with XXL magazine that he and the “Hey Mama” rapper are not speaking as of right now.

“I’m not with it.  I heard about this new stuff, I don’t know.  It’s something that just sort of tells me he’s not well, at the same time.  I will say that.  It’s going to places where it’s no way to move around it.”

The “new stuff” that the Virginia rapper is referring to is what Ye said on InfoWars.  On the episode, the “Jesus Walks” rapper denounced the Holocaust and had nothing but great things to say about infamous tyrant Adolf Hitler.  Last month, Pusha T sat down with the Los Angeles Times and his former boss was the subject of conversation again.  He was asked about Ye’s comments in the media as of late.  The Grammy nominated rapper said he was affected by Ye’s speech and calls it “disappointing”.

 

No More G.O.O.D.

A few things could have led to Pusha T leaving G.O.O.D. music.  It could have started when Ye met with then-President Donald Trump and endorsed the MAGA hat.  All while Ye was dissing ex-President Barack Obama and Pusha T actually met him.  Also, Ye making up with Drake and doing a concert with him didn’t sit too well with Pusha T since they have a long-standing beef.  I’m sure there’s more between the two that we don’t know.  Pusha says that he has always spoken his mind to Ye and they have always had differences of opinions, no matter the subject.

Elon Musk Displeased With Ye’s Latest Tweets

Elon Musk and rapper Ye, formerly known as Kanye West, easily attract more attention than anyone else in 2022. Even heads of the state attract less notoriety than the two polarizing figures. Nevertheless, both figures received negative attention.

Musk found detractors aiming at his head for his business decisions regarding Twitter, although just as many voraciously defended the mogul’s practices. Ye’s negative publicity received far less public support. Ye continued down an anti-Semitic spiral that ended with the famed rapper and producer posting disturbing Nazi-esque images on his Twitter. The posting then resulted in an immediate ban.

The Symbols Origin

West posted the image shortly after a maligned interview with Alex Jones. During which West praised Adolf Hitler and the Nazi Party. The picture, which featured a Star of David embedded with a Swastika, obviously caused much controversy. 

However, the image finds its roots in a cult from the 1970s called Raëlism. The cult started during an oft-forgotten period during the 1970s in which numerous cults were dedicated to worshipping UFOs and their extraterrestrial occupants.

It remains to be seen if Ye identifies with the cult. The rapper seemingly intended to use the symbol due to its controversial nature. The Raëlism movement frequently denies any association with Nazism or Judaism and their sign. 

Whatever Ye’s motivation was for posting the symbol, it turned heads and angered many, Elon Musk included. Musk quickly banned Ye’s account for posting the emblem. The profile still remains suspended. Many view the incident as a test of Musk’s recent freedom of speech policies on the site.

Musk’s Response

Musk held a Q&A session in which he elaborated on his actions. When asked if the rapper’s latest tweet violated the incitement toward violence, Musk responded somewhat jokingly. “I personally wanted to punch Kanye,” he stated. “So that was definitely inciting me towards violence.” However, he later claimed that posting swastikas in an “obviously not good manner” counted as incitement.

It remains unclear whether West’s account will come back or what consequences he may face. Musk’s ownership of Twitter is vocally more in support of free speech.

However, Ye is still pushing boundaries. Both men keep drawing public fascination for better or worse, so it is doubtful this story found a conclusion.

Drake has been accused of feuding with Ye. The reason is that Ye now spreads rumors about Kim Kardashian’s rumored fling with Chris Paul. A photo of Drake and his two other friends in the NBA Star’s jersey has resurfaced while promoting his album “Certified Lover Boy.” This also happened during Drizzy and Ye’s feud that is now over. The image suggested Drake may have known of the claimed affair. So, could Drake have possibly even known about the alleged affair?

Drake and Ye’s Feud Resolved?

Twitter users claimed Drake knew what he was doing and the subliminal diss was “psychological warfare.” But the pair’s rap feud was settled after J. Prince intervened. The founder of Rap-A-Lot Records was persistent in the pair settling their differences.

But the 6 God spits the below on his recent joint project with 21-Savage, “Her Loss,” 

“Linking with the opps, b*****, I did that shit for J. Prince. B****, I did it for the mob ties…”

The Conspiracy Theories

This situation is also all on the heels of Ye’s contentious interview with conspiracy theorist Alex Jones. Ye gushed about his “love” for Adolf Hitler and the Nazis.

He then posted a photo of Chris Paul on Twitter before his suspension from the social network after a swastika post, saying, “Let’s break one last window before we get outa here… I caught this guy with Kim… Goodnight.” TMZ also reported a familiar source said the allegations were completely false.

#YE24: Kanye Tries Running For Presidency Again

“There were no more pro-[communist] newspapers in Germany, like the kind of newspapers of German Jews — Berliner Tageblatt, Fossische Zeitung, Frankfurter Zeitung,” Ivan Ilyin complained in his “National Socialism: ‘A New Spirit'” article when the Nazis took power in Germany. “The editors of these newspapers could not fail to be aware of the importance of their course of action and the consequences it entails for National Russia and National Germany. But our Russian tragedy was alien to them; thus, the dramatic trouble that happened to them does not shock us or blind us.”

Almost a hundred years later, a similar “eye for an eye” formula still seems to work in politics.

“You’re not gonna take my pain away, right? The Jewish people say, ‘It’s the Holocaust, this happened, and you can’t say anything about it.’ We can’t take their pain away,” Ye complained during the recent Tim Pool’s Timcast IRL podcast show. “[Thus], no one gonna denounce the fact that they tried to lock me up.”

Ye, formerly known as Kanye West, also recently announced his #YE24 presidential campaign. The controversial comparison between Holocaust and his imaginary arrest came a few days after the artist declared he was running for president in 2024. 

Later on, once Tim Pool asked Ye if Jews might not be the necessary reason for the artist’s numerous financial and legal woes, he just took off and left Tim’s podcast show. Ye’s new friends, Milo Yiannopoulos and Nick Fuentes, also joined and left the show with the artist.

The Presidential Campaign

Recently, Ye announced his 2024 presidential campaign. In his campaign ad video, the “Black Skinhead” author chats with Nick Fuentes about Trump yelling at Ye and doubting his chances to win the presidency. There are no apparent signs of what policies Ye plans to implement in the White House other than ones related “directly to the bible.” 

However, the presence of Nick Fuentes, as well as multiple clips about cancel culture and allegations of antisemitism with scary music in the campaign ad, might indicate that #YE24 will be a Christian-nationalist platform. Or national-socialist, considering Ye’s recent comments about Jewish people. 

Vivica A. Fox Calls Ye Out

One of the mentioned “cancel culture” clips with scary music in Ye’s presidential campaign ad is Vivica A. Fox’s thoughts on recent Kanye’s actions.

“You got to cancel him. And I know we not trying to be in a cancel culture, but we got to hit him in his pockets now,” Fox shared. “Because he, obviously, doesn’t care about the African-American culture.”

Instead of saying anything back, Ye just used Fox’s quote in his campaign video. Later, the TV host retweeted the later-deleted campaign ad video and left her comments.

“Now dawling if u gonna use a clip featuring me it should be accurate,” Vivica A. Fox responded to Ye. “I was not happy with you 4 saying George Floyd wasn’t murdered, but hey THANKS 4 watching.” 

It’s unclear how #YE24 will turn out, but looks like a lot of news headings from Mr. West are soon to come.

FM Interviews: Johnny Cocoa, “[Ye’s] Comments Were Interesting. Of Course, There’s Truth In Everything”

“The message I’m sending with my music is love and unity,” Johnny Cocoa claimed during our interview.

“Honestly, you don’t look the same without that makeup baby / I can’t do it, told you I’m not really into faking baby,” the artist also proclaimed in his recent “Free Bird” song and music video release.

Love & Unity

“On the aspect of love, loving yourself and knowing thyself, knowing yourself, getting in tune with yourself, and learning how to shut out external opinions about oneself,” the artist continued on his main musical message. “On the aspect of unity, the world could use more of it.” 

“Of course, there’s a lot of chaos and weakness in the world. But there’s always going to be that love factor in the world that we live in, no matter what era that we land in or are born into, or came from,” the “Free Bird” author elevated. “Unity is always needed, but it’s always present as well. Just got to keep on building and getting back to a space where everybody is in touch with unity.”

Busy Schedule

The past season has been hectic for Johnny Cocoa. Besides releasing a new music video, he is also now working on the “I Am Who I Am” EP. “I feel like I touched every emotion possible with this project,” Johnny told me. “[Working on the record] felt very hard from my core, roots, and soul. I spent a lot of time on each song and put a lot into each song, every word, as usual.”

Moreover, Johnny recently got a chance to meet with Drake and Ye. “My song “On God” was buzzing, and I got invited to one of Drake’s after-parties,” Johnny Cocoa explained. “He came in, heard it, and decided to run it back about four or five times at the DJ booth. So that was a major stamp in love.”

“Ye,” Johnny continued. “A very tricky and interesting story. We actually met at a restaurant but ended up at a studio. We ended up taking over the studios, and I got to play some of my music. He really liked it, told me some great things about it, gave me some good advice to remain true to myself and keep doing what I’m doing.”

Johnny Cocoa also told me that he and the “Yeezy” brand creator have “some slight work in the works.” Seems like we’re soon to expect the result of “a beautiful moment,” which “came out of meeting Ye one night in the restaurant and then in the studio.

When I asked Johnny Cocoa about his opinion regarding Ye’s recent various controversial statements, alleged opinions, and actions, Johnny told me that “His comments were interesting. Of course, there’s truth in everything, but [Ye] is always going to be an amazing artist, producer, and icon to me,” Johnny also told me when I wondered what he thinks about the “Gold Digger” author’s recent various controversial statements. “I rock with Ye the long way.”
